Please check this page periodically for changes to the Agreement; You will be able to determine if this Agreement has been changed since your previous visit by viewing the “Last Revised” information that appears at the bottom of this Agreement.

eStore is a Virtual Marketplace. The Site is a virtual marketplace where the public can list and offer to sell or buy products and services.

We neither own, nor are responsible for any items identified in any listing. In particular, we have no control over or responsibility for the quality, safety or legality of any item featured in any Listing, the accuracy or truth of any Listing, the ability of buyers or sellers to complete the deal.

Accurate Information. Certain Services may require You to register your real name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. You may not register under a false name, enter false Information, or impersonate another user.

General Responsibilities. Buyers and sellers use the Services and enter into a deal at their own risk.

Account Information. As part of using certain Services, You may be asked to select a login name and password (“Account”). It is your sole responsibility to secure, maintain and protect your Account. You must change your password as soon as You become aware, or You suspect, that your password was compromised.
